Abiotic Resources. Abiotic factors ask non living physical and chemical elements within the ecosystem. These resources fall under the larger category of natural resources which occur naturally within the environment and aren t created or produced by humans or act.
They cannot be easily replenished. Abiotic components include physical conditions and non living resources that affect living organisms in terms of growth maintenance and reproduction. Examples of abiotic factors include sunlight water air humidity ph temperature salinity precipitation altitude type of soil minerals wind dissolved oxygen mineral nutrients present in the soil air and water etc.
Examples of biotic factors are animals birds plants fungi and other similar organisms.
